Purchasing Policy

We accept cash, PayPal or personal checks as a form of deposit. We do not accept personal checks as final payment or for the full amount. We will only accept cash as payment on the day of pickup. If you are using a personal check as a form of deposit, you must allow 10 days prior to pick-up of your pup/dog so we can verify the check has cleared. Also, checks need to be made out to Stacy Leffler.

For the remainder of the payment we will accept: cash, money orders, or credit cards via/PayPal (must add 4% if using PayPal and also must allow 3 business days prior to picking up your pup/dog).

If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay through our PayPal link above with any major credit card as a PayPal guest. A 4% charge has been added to cover the extra fees.

Return Agreement:

Should the buyer for any reason no longer be able to care for said dog the Breeder must be given the first option to take the dog back, no matter the age. Breech of this agreement by the Buyer will result in a $5000 fine to be paid to the Breeder. Should the Breeder decide to take the dog back there will be no compensation to the Buyer of any kind and the Buyer is responsible for all transportation cost in getting the dog back to the Breeder. Should the Breeder decline to take back the dog, the Breeder will assist in finding the dog a new home as we will require contact info on where the dog will be placed. This contract is NOT transferable to other parties should the dog be re-homed at any point in its lifetime. The dog is NEVER allowed to go to a shelter or rescue.
